From there, you’ll be guided through a 45-minute pranayama breathwork journey designed to help you embody your intentions, release stored emotion, regulate and nourish your nervous system, and support your immune system. Through the rhythm of your breath, you’ll be invited to soften, reset, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom and energy.
