In this online breathwork circle, we'll gather to honor this natural transition and use our breath to release what we're ready to let go of and make space for new growth. Join us as we align with the renewal happening all around us in nature and welcome what's ready to unfold.
You’ll be guided through a 45-minute pranayama breathwork journey designed to help you embody your intentions, release stored emotion, regulate and nourish your nervous system, and support your immune system. Through the rhythm of your breath, you’ll be invited to soften, reset, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom and energy.
