Virtual Breathwork Circle

In these uncertain times, so many of us are feeling stress, fear and anxiety. It's more important than ever to utilize tools that support our physical and mental health, and to be in community in any way we can.

Join me for a nourishing guided breathwork circle, where you'll be able to deeply support your nervous system and immune system, and connect in virtual community. Together, we’ll drop into a 40-minute pranayama breathing practice where you can rest, recharge, release and reconnect with yourself. Join from anywhere and the comfort of your home!

*This circle is by donation only, so please make an offering if you are able to (suggested donation of $10-$20). Our session will be recorded and shared afterward so if you cannot attend at the scheduled time, you can practice when your schedule allows. A percentage of all donations will go to support organizations helping communities with COVID-19.*
