“You do not have to know where you are going to know that you are on your way.” — Pema Chödrön
As the year winds down, I’ve been feeling a familiar pull to slow down, turn inward, and reflect on what 2025 has been here to teach. It’s been a year of ups and downs for me personally– starting in January with a breast cancer scare (thankfully, all is ok) that kicked off 12 months of surfing the many waves that life continued to bring this year. There were deeply challenging moments of darkness and transformation, and some of the brightest, silliest days I’ve experienced yet (parents of tiny humans– you know!). It’s been a full-spectrum ride.
So many of us are closing out the year tired — carrying full plates, navigating change, or quietly feeling the effects of burnout after months of “pushing through.” In moments like these, I’ve found that jumping straight into goals or resolutions often misses what we actually need. Instead, I wanted to offer something more spacious — a mindful pause to honor the year behind you and imagine what comes next with clarity, care, and intention.
I’ve just updated my Year-End Reflection + Visioning Guide, and I’m excited to share it with you. This guide is rooted in reflection and guided by intention — a gentle, structured process designed especially for anyone navigating leadership, life transitions, or seasons of growth and recalibration. It will help you uncover the wins, challenges, and lessons of this past year and assess where your life and work feel nourishing — and where they may be asking for change or boundaries.
Use this guide to reconnect with how you want to feel, not just what you want to achieve. Set intentions and goals that are aligned, sustainable, and supportive of your wellbeing. There’s no right way to move through it. You can take an hour, a few days, or return to it throughout the season. Make a cup of tea, create a cozy space, and follow what feels most alive. Skip what doesn’t resonate. Your way is the right way.
If you’d like to explore the guide, you can find it here. And if reflection brings up questions around balance, leadership, burnout, or what’s next for you — I’m always happy to connect and support you in integrating what emerges.
Wishing you a gentle close to the year and a grounded beginning ahead!
