I loved this recent conversation with Nicolette Richer who invited me on her Eat Real to Heal podcast for the 2nd time to talk about so many aspects of my own healing and how to take care of yourself during this crazy Covid time. 

In this chat we go deep on the last five years of my life, from healing shingles and managing lingering chronic nerve pain in my lower back, to my journey to Peru in 2017 to work with a shaman and sacred plant medicines for the first time (and how it completely changed my life in every way), to how I finally overcame chronic depression and anxiety and ultimately brought myself back from extreme burnout after selling Healthy Bites. 

We dig into how to see your symptoms as messengers that something is out of balance (not something to squash), how to find a “why" big enough to make the changes that matter to your health, and how to use free tools like nature and breathwork to help you alleviate stress, boost your immune system, and connect with (and clear) your energy and emotions, especially during these difficult times.
