Come back to your roots: a retreat for women this October

“I can’t believe we get to share this place with people,” I said to my husband Travis with tears in my eyes, as we sat on our deck and looked out at the stunning mountain vista beyond the land we would now steward and care for.

Finding this beautiful land in Colorado– a state that had been a home for me more than 20 years before– was one of my biggest dreams come true. For our entire relationship, Travis and I had envisioned building a home surrounded by nature where we could live simply and sustainably, grow food– and a family, and create a healing space to gather people where they could be connected to the medicine of the mountains, rivers, plants and trees.

After four long years of tending to this land and preparing the space, I am absolutely thrilled to offer my first women’s retreat here this October!

Rooted Women is an invitation to tend to your own roots, in connection with your sisters and immersed in the wild and wondrous mountains outside of Boulder, Colorado. Like the plants and trees, our health and stability comes from what’s beneath the surface—our connection to what grounds us.

In nature, in community, and in rest, we can find the space that nourishes our growth.

What you Will Experience:

  • Grounding Through Nature – Golden aspens, fresh mountain air, trails leading to expansive views, space to relax and reconnect on 5 private acres.

  • Community as the Anchor– An intimate group of eight women gathering for morning circles, delicious shared meals, outdoor hikes and adventures, chats by the fire and group breathwork and yoga.

  • Rest as Nourishment– Enjoy mornings of stillness, hot tub under starlit skies, restorative bodywork and long pauses that feed your spirit.

Your roots are calling for the medicine of your attention. In uncertain times, our strength comes not from doing more, but from returning to what holds us steady. This isn’t a luxury– it’s essential.

This is your invitation to step away from the noise and step into the quiet power of being grounded, supported, and fully alive.

Together we root. Together we RISE. I’d love to have you join us!
