Breathwork for Gratitude: Thanksgiving Virtual Breathwork Circle

As we head into the Thanksgiving holiday, join me for a nourishing guided breathwork circle using the healing power of our breath to remove emotional blocks and connect to gratitude, a medicine we all need for these times.

Together, we’ll start with a guided gratitude meditation and reflection, and then drop into a 45-minute pranayama breathing practice where you can rest, recharge, release and reconnect with yourself. You'll also deeply support your nervous system and immune system, and connect in virtual community. Join from anywhere and the comfort of your home!

*This circle is by donation only, so please make an offering if you are able to (suggested donation of $15-$25). Our session will be recorded and shared afterward so if you cannot attend at the scheduled time, you can practice when your schedule allows.
