Ginger and Soy Glazed Salmon

This is my go-to dish when I want to make something that feels special, but also is so so simple and fast to prepare! It's perfect with any veggie sides, giving you endless options for a quick holiday or week-night meal.

Ginger and Soy Glazed Salmon

  • 1.5-2 lbs salmon filet

  • 1/2 TBS olive or avocado oil

  • 1/4 cup Bragg's liquid amino acid or soy sauce

  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped

  • 1 small piece ginger, chopped (more if you want it extra spicy!)

  • 1 TBS dijon mustard

  • 2 TBS orange juice or lemon juice

  • 1 tsp honey

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Place salmon in a 9x12 glass baking dish. (if there's no skin on the bottom of the salmon, lightly oil the pan). Season with pepper.

Whisk together the oil, liquid aminos (or soy sauce), mustard lemon juice and honey. Mix in the chopped ginger and garlic. Pour the mixture over the salmon and cook at 400 degrees until salmon is cooked through (depending on the size of the filet, this can take between 20-30 minutes).
